I worked in publishing and journalism for many years in London and Greece. Living in the Mediterrean for nearly a decade made me realise how important it is for people to relax and slow down, something we find hard to do in work and goal-driven Britain. The deep relaxation found through hypnotherapy can be a marvellous way to reconnect with the stillness of your inner self.
I still write articles but now combine it with with my therapy work. My greatest interest is helping people to take control of their lives by realising the power that we all have within us to make profound changes in our thinking.
Training and qualifications:
I trained at the Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis, widely recognised as one of the top hypnotherapy schools in Britain. I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (awarded by the National Council for Hypnotherapy). I also have qualifications in Stress Management, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Coaching.
